Our motto says it all... we make damn fine bagels. Bagelsmith is Winnipeg’s only Montreal style bagel shop – with millions of bagels sold, we are Winnipeg’s favourite bagel. We’re proud of our reputation for serving delicious food and baking incredible bagels, made fresh and from scratch every day. Our authentic Montreal style bagels have even the staunchest Montreal ex-pats coming back for more. A crisp exterior encases a lightly sweet, perfectly chewy interior. It’s always hand-rolled and boiled in honey water and, if you’re a traditionalist, it’s covered in sesame seeds before baking to perfection, right before your eyes.
